Drinks: Hot Nun & Happy New Year

Hot Nun


1-1/2 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1 tbsp honey
3 whole cloves
1 twist lemon peel
    hot water

Pour the hazelnut liqueur into a brandy snifter. Add the honey, cloves and lemon peel, and then fill the snifter with hot water.

Happy New Year


1/4 oz brandy
3/4 oz ruby port
3/4 oz orange juice
4 oz Champagne

Shake the brandy, port and orange juice well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a Champagne flute, fill with Champagne and serve.
