The dreaded semiannual dental visit is a requirement for everyone. Unfortunately, many families cannot afford proper dental care. Queen of the Valley Hospital, along with community partners from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties, have stepped in to fill the need for younger residents in these counties by creating the Children’s Mobile Dental Clinic. Providing basic preventative care, restorative services and oral health education, the full-service clinic is available to low-income families with children under 16 who do not have a dentist.                                                                                                 For more information call (707) 251-2044.
