wine cavesThis tour at Del Dotto Vineyards is “amazingly fun” in the words of one staffer in the know. The vineyard has two locations, each with caves, and tour guides that make your experience memorable. The tour, which includes cheese and chocolate, is centered around the barrels in which you actually get to taste each type of red wine available right out of the barrels, almost like you’re a wine thief. In addition, people can enjoy Andrea Bocelli music piped through the caves—and then rock out with The Doors and Santana after 4 p.m. “Makes me crave their wine just thinking about it!” says our staffer.
